Workspace modules
Choose which Relato workspace tools are available. Changing availability does not erase saved business records.
Updated: 2026-10-05Choose available tools
The workspace owner can turn supported tools on or off in Modules and connections. Team access still follows each person's role and permissions. Turning a tool off changes availability; it does not delete the business records already saved in Relato.
Communications starts disabled. Enabling its workspace flag only makes its settings available. It does not activate a provider, send a message, or confirm delivery.
Call agent keeps a local configuration and publication history. A published configuration does not start a phone service or place calls. See Call agent configuration.
External CRM stores local integration settings. A saved or published configuration does not connect or sync an external CRM. See External CRM integrations.
Support remains available to workspace members. Each signed-in user sees their own tickets and replies. A response saved by Relato Support appears in that ticket; it does not send email or an external message.
If a change is unclear
If the module update cannot be confirmed, refresh Modules and connections before trying a different choice. A disabled tool does not remove its saved history. Contact Support if the setting remains unavailable.
