Services and materials price book

Open Price book to find services and materials. People with permission to manage finance can create an item or edit its name, description, unit, and USD price. The unit is the label your business uses, such as visit or piece.

When preparing a quote, revising it, or creating an invoice, use Add from price book to add a line. You can adjust the copied quantity and price before saving. Changing the catalog later does not change lines already saved on a document.

If a save cannot be confirmed, retry the same save. Reviewing the list keeps the pending attempt. If another person changed an item, cancel editing and select its current version before trying again.

This catalog records prices. It does not record inventory levels or convert material units.
